![]() If you are alliance, I'd say spare yourself the agony unless you are insanely lucky. This NPC is the objective of Assault on Mokgol Watchpost. You can take them on one by one, but 3 at a time is pushing it. Karosh Blackwind is a level 40 Rare NPC that can be found in Nagrand. The surrounding mobs spawn pretty quickly and there are plenty of them that run in to join the fight. My ilvl was 604 when I tried this, but I don't think it's a solo fight. Then run in and hope you rez in time to loot. If you still do want these legs, which is understandable, you can just hang out dead until he spawns (at the stone in the middle of the village -see the screenshot), revive at half health, tag him and let everyone else kill him while you invariably die. Once you hit 100, you're better off just gearing up with 615s doing normals. and yes, I did sit there for that entire time. ![]() There was a 50-55 minute spawn time between the two spawns. The second time I had a two minute rez wait and his body despawned (though he was sparkling) while I was waiting. Nefarian is the last boss of Blackwing Descent, a raid shipped with World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. He can be found in the Vault of the Shadowflame, where he resurrects his sister Onyxia, who makes up the first phase of the fight.Throughout the fight, Nefarian has several other undead adds as well. You can run back and try to loot but that worked once (no pants). Some friendly horde did give me a chance to fight twice but I died both times. If the fifty level 100 hordies roaming Mok'Gol on high pop servers don't gank you (though surprisingly many will leave you alone), their aoe and pets will kill you when you go to fight because the questing horde all pounce on Karosh and you're standing in range of the fight. Comment by mychatpostsIf you're alliance looking for the legs, I would say don't bother with this unless you have a whole evening and a ton of patience.
